Our products are handcrafted from natural wood. Wood grain, knots, texture, stain absorption, and color may vary from the photographs displayed on our website. These natural differences are not considered defects.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and finishes accurately. However, the appearance of colors may vary depending on lighting, wood characteristics, screen settings, and device displays.

Product dimensions may vary slightly because each item is handcrafted.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse designs that are unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, threatening, or infringe another party’s rights

SECTION 6 — CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Many BlackLine Hidden Defense products are made to order and customized for the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, wording, dates, images, logos, artwork, and customization instructions.

When applicable, we will provide a digital design proof for approval before carving or production begins. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing spelling, placement, design details, and other information shown in the proof.

Once a customer approves a design proof and production begins, changes may not be possible. Approved custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled or returned solely because the customer later changes their mind.

Customers who submit logos, photographs, artwork, trademarks, or other materials confirm that they own those materials or have permission to use them. Customers are responsible for claims resulting from materials submitted without proper authorization.

SECTION 7 — ORDERS AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order placed through our website. Restrictions may apply to orders using the same account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address.

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, contact, and order information. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay or prevent production and delivery.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order confirmation and promptly notifying us of any errors.

SECTION 8 — PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time an order is placed unless BlackLine Hidden Defense provides different written terms.

Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully processed.

If a payment is declined, disputed, reversed, or determined to be unauthorized, we may suspend or cancel the order.

SECTION 9 — PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING

Each hidden-storage product is handcrafted and made to order. Current production and shipping estimates are displayed on our website and are generally approximately one to two weeks.

Production and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customization approval, material availability, severe weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

BlackLine Hidden Defense currently ships within the United States only. Free U.S. shipping is offered as described in our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unsuccessful delivery attempt may be charged to the customer.

SECTION 10 — RETURNS, DAMAGES, AND ORDER PROBLEMS

Because our products are handcrafted and many are customized, all sales are final except when BlackLine Hidden Defense approves a return because an order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery. Damage, defects, missing components, or incorrect items should be reported as soon as possible with photographs and a description of the problem.

Approved refunds will be processed according to our Return Policy.

Customers are responsible for properly installing, mounting, maintaining, and using all products according to the instructions provided.

Wall-mounted products must be secured to suitable wall framing or appropriate structural supports. Improper installation may result in property damage or personal injury.

BlackLine Hidden Defense is not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper installation, unauthorized modification, misuse, failure to follow instructions, or use of unsuitable mounting surfaces or hardware.

SECTION 12 — IMPORTANT STORAGE AND FIREARM DISCLAIMER

BlackLine Hidden Defense products are decorative furniture with hidden-storage compartments. They are not gun safes, certified security containers, or substitutes for any storage device required by federal, state, or local law.

No hidden-storage product can guarantee protection against theft, unauthorized access, fire, flooding, accidents, or misuse.

Customers are solely responsible for:

• Understanding and following all applicable firearm and storage laws

• Keeping firearms unloaded or secured when required

• Preventing access by children and unauthorized individuals

• Safely handling and storing firearms, ammunition, medications, valuables, and other items

• Determining whether a product is appropriate for its intended use

Always follow applicable firearm-safety rules and the manufacturer’s instructions for any item placed inside our products.
